Notice Concerning Establishment of Commercial Paper (CP) Issue Limit
Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd. (JAPEX) announces that its Board of Directors held today has resolved to establish a Commercial Paper ("CP") issue limit as follows.
To ensure the liquidity of funds, we have introduced commitment lines and a cash management system under which funds are exchanged with certain subsidiaries. We will issue CP to further diversify our fund-raising methods and strive to raise funds flexibly and at low interest rates.
