Notice Regarding Selection as a Constituent of the “JPX-Nikkei Index Human Capital 100”

Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd. (JAPEX) has announced that it has been selected as a constituent of the "JPX-Nikkei Index Human Capital 100", in FY2026 (August 31, 2026-August 30, 2027), which is a stock price index computed by JPX Market Innovation & Research, Inc. and Nikkei Inc. 

JPX-Nikkei Index Human Capital 100 consists of the top 100 companies selected from among the constituents of the JPX-Nikkei Index 400^(*) based on factors such as their efforts toward human capital-focused management.
