JAPEX selected as the “Platinum Kurumin Certification” (Notice)

Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd. (JAPEX) is pleased to announce that it is selected as the special certification "Platinum Kurumin Certification" (hereinafter "Platinum Kurumin") from the Minister of Health as an outstanding "Childcare Support Company."

Platinum Kurumin is a special designation awarded to companies that have formulated a General Employer Action Plan devised in line with the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next Generation Children and obtained Kurumin Certification from the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare as a "Childcare Support Company" meeting certain standards, among which are recognized for implementing initiatives at an even higher level.

Since obtained Kurumin Certification in 2018, JAPEX has continued to advance various initiatives under the JAPEX Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Policy. These efforts aim to ensure all employees can perform to their full potential and thrive regardless of life events, by supporting career continuity and advancement, securing work-life balance, and fostering a workplace environment that allows flexible choices regarding working hours and locations.
