• Location: Norwegian North Sea, Norwegian Sea and Barents Sea
• JAPEX project company: JAPEX Norge AS (J Norge: JAPEX consolidated subsidiary, JAPEX investment ratio 100%)
• Participating interest: Varies depending on areas (Minority interests)

History

• May 2023: Agreed with U.K. -based Longboat Energy plc for capital participation in its Norwegian subsidiary, Longboat Energy Norge AS
• July 2023: Completed capital participation to Longboat Energy Norge AS, its corporate name changed to Longboat JAPEX Norge AS (LJN)
• June 2024: Acquired all shares (51%) of LJN from Longboat Energy plc, making Longboat JAPEX Norge AS a wholly owned subsidiary of JAPEX
• July 2024: Acquisition of LJN shares completed and company name changed to JAPEX Norge AS (J Norge) following approval from Norwegian authorities to become a subsidiary of LJN.
