Indonesia: Gebang Block
This is a project to develop and produce natural gas in Gebang Block along the Strait of Malacca in North Sumatra Province, Sumatra Island, Indonesia.JAPEX acquired interests in the block in 2025 through an investment in EMP Gebang (EMPG) to participate in the project.
We will dispatch our staff to EMPG, an Energi Mega Persada Tbk.（EMP） subsidiary and operator. We will play a leading role in the formulation of development plans and development work in the block.
